What data we collect and why
Data given in the contact form and product enquiry (name, email, phone, address, tax ID) is processed solely to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The email address given for the newsletter is processed to send commercial information, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share data with
Data is stored with a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the correspondence and any cooperation. The newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe. We record your email address, language, consent date, wording and version as evidence of consent. Providing your email and consent is voluntary but necessary to subscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the “Unsubscribe from the newsletter” link next to the signup form and emailing biuro@dtr.ag from your subscribed address. Requests are processed manually. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
